Did you have it inspected specifically with pests in mind? No? Oops!

Not a huge problem in most areas we serve – but if you’re in certain areas of Tiny Township… well, let’s cross our fingers.

Cottage Country Pest Control truly embraces Integrated Pest Management (IPM) – which means that we would much rather help you to fix issues before they become problems and certainly before they become crises.

It’s not too late for a preventative pest control service. In most cases, that would include:

Inspect – perimeter; attic; crawlspace; soffits; and so much more

Protect – use environmentally benign products such as diatomaceous earth, Bora-Care, and other products to keep insects – especially wood destroying insects – outside where they belong

Exclude – ensure all pipes, vents and other potential access points are stuffed, filled, sealed – whatever is needed (within reason! More extensive repairs, if appropriate, will be advised and if desired, quoted)

Treat – if pests requiring treatment are identified, we will provide environmentally responsible solutions

And once we’ve done everything that can be done to protect you and your investment from pests big and small, we would be happy to pop in just once a year to make sure everything is ready to stay protected for another year.

Being proactive not only prevents pest aggravation and damage; saves money; and preserves your property investment – it also greatly reduces your environmental footprint.
